1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 All deposits and transactions on Dreambet77 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to depositing members.

6.2 Dreambet77 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels:

6.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is RM30 for most methods. Dreambet77 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the Member's responsibility.

6.4 Dreambet77 reserves the right to conduct due diligence on deposits of significant amounts and may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds in such cases.

6.5 Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the Member's verified identity may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed by Dreambet77 upon successful completion of KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document verification.

7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where reasonably practicable, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing time on Dreambet77 is under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers to verified accounts. Processing times for other methods may vary.

7.4 Dreambet77 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees remain the responsibility of the Member.

7.5 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) there are outstanding active bets or unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or policy breach; or (d) withdrawal limits applicable to the Member's VIP tier have been reached for the relevant period.

7.6 Dreambet77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period, which are communicated within the Member's account portal.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Dreambet77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, VIP rewards, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise, standard bonus terms on Dreambet77 include the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically X10 to X20) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds remain active, maximum bet amounts per spin or hand are capped (typically RM250–RM500). Exceeding this cap may void the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%).
• Bonus Expiry: Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements expire after the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date).
• Sticky Bonus Policy: Certain bonuses are "sticky" — the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only bonus-derived winnings (after rollover completion) are cashable.

8.3 Dreambet77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where abuse or exploitation is detected.

8.4 Bonus offers are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

8.5 Dreambet77 reserves the right to require additional verification before crediting or processing withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

9. Betting Rules

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dreambet77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

10.2 Dreambet77 employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection, affected accounts will be suspended and the matter reviewed. Where criminal conduct is suspected, relevant information may be provided to law enforcement agencies.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Dreambet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been identified or is under reasonable suspicion;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed;

11.2 Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, Dreambet77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the forfeiture of the balance may be permanent.

12. Limitation of Liability
